Mutendi Montessori is offering a Montessori Teaching Diploma course for
1. Early Childhood - 0-6 yrs
2. Childhood - 6-12 yrs
3. Adolescence 12-18 yrs
An ALL IN ONE diploma for suitable candidates from January to December annually in Harare.
Please note Teaching practice is a requisite for this course.

i) Educational Psychology
li) Philosophy of Education
ili) Sociology of Education.
3. Management of Educational equipment and design
4. Parenting skills and childhood management
5. Basic approaches to teaching
6. Applied Education:
Zoology
Matter and astronomy
Botany
Health Science
Physical Geography
Language Arts
History
Mathematics
Fine Arts and performing arts
Sensorial
Practical life
7. Communication skills
8. Teaching Practice
Online and In-Person Learning Available
This course is available to qualified applicants across the continent. If you are in Zimbabwe you may attend the course in person. International students or students outside Harare can take our course via online learning. This allows you to learn at your own pace. Teachers Practice must however be taken up in-person over an approved time period at an approved learning centre.
When you pass and receive your certificate you will be accredited by both Mutendi Montessori Education Trust and Montessori Centre International. This will give you an internationally recognised certificate that you can use globally.

Please note that this application fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through Mutendi Montessori, do not qualify for admission to Mutendi Montessori or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available.

Qualification admission requirements
Your admission to this qualification is dependent on you meeting the specific admission requirements.
An "O Level" certificate or Equivalent depending on your country of education with at least a C or 30% in the language of teaching and learning,
Applicants who do not comply with the above requirements should consider applying for the Higher Certificate offered by the college.
